Our Homes

Our homes are beautifully and thoughtfully designed - they are small but spacious, light, airy and climate controlled with their own private courtyard gardens. Each home is self-contained with its own kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Their relatively small size, particularly for rural Australia, lowers their environmental footprint, improves affordability and energy efficiency and allows for aging in place. ​

 

Hempcrete

Our homes are built using high-quality, sustainable design and  construction methods. A key feature of our homes is that they are built with hempcrete, an innovative wonder material with low embodied energy and high carbon capture. ​

  • Eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom, single-story homes (80 sqm) with an additional large (20 sqm) loft space for accommodation, office or storage

  • Four 3-4 bedroom, 2-bathroom, two-story family homes (130 sqm)​All homes have a private courtyard, separate storage unit and undercover car bay on the perimeter of the property.
