Our innovative ecovillage features 12 strata-titled duplex homes as well as a large shared common house, workshop, sheds, rainwater tanks and permaculture gardens irrigated by greywater on only 6,000 sqm. The strata structure allows owners to obtain true market value for financing, investment or sale purposes and maximises the amount of common land.​Developing the project on a small plot of land close to the town centre improves affordability, reduces our ecological footprint, mitigates the need for ongoing maintenance and allows us to walk to shops, cafes, schools, medical facilities and entertainment venues, contributing to the social and environmental fabric of the town.
