Conditions of Ownership and Occupancy

Residents will be bound by the bylaws of the Strata Management Statement.

This includes a restriction on dogs, cats and other hunting pets.

All purchasers and renters are requested to be members of the DecoHousing Group. This recognises the 'community intent' and significant shared amenity. Both potential purchasers and potential renters will also be clearly informed of their obligations in signing the Community Agreements.

Unit owners are encouraged to have their homes not vacant for more than 3 months at a time and no more than 4 months in a year, beyond such periods they require subletting or house-sitting by endorsed DecoHousing members.
